Spencer Grammer, an American actor and voice actress popular for her performance as Summer Smith in the Rick and Morty animated series. He was raised and born in Los Angeles California Spencer is the daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer is the daughter of Peter Fischer (then the Soviet Union) and Maria Fischer. Her birthplace was in the Siberian coast of Krasnoyarsk in Russia. Her father was a physical educator and her mother an engineer in the university. Joseph Stalin had deported Volga Germans from Siberia to Siberia during the 1940s. When she was just four years old older, she emigrated from Russia to West Germany along with her parents. The older sister of six years joined her.
